The story of a
Corsican productBased in Linguizzetta in Corsica (France), our farm, undergoing conversion to Organic Farming, enjoys the subtleties of the climate of the Isle of Beauty.
We produce an olive oil under the label "AOP Huile de Corse" (Appellation Origine Protégée) in the traditional way of the "Extra Virgin" (HOVE) from olives harvested in early autumn in order to extract all its finesse and fruitiness.
